Please see a note from Gaeil Colmcille ahead of the weekends Meath Senior Football Final against Ratoath on Sunday.
This Sunday as we aim to lift the Keegan Cup represents a day that Gaeil Colmcille as a club have waited for since 1991 a Senior County Final.
We are extremely proud of the commitment demonstrated by our players and management and the incredible support shown by the community, local business and town at large.
It has been a particularly challenging year and we acknowledge the teams dedication to the club and training.
Regardless of the result this Sunday we request above all that everyone adheres to the current advice and guidelines on Personal social responsibility.
We have worked hard as a club along with our sponsors to ensure no matter what the result Sunday is acknowledged in a safe controlled environment and we ask that everyone plays their own personal part in this.
We hope to acknowledge the achievements of the team at a time in the future when it is safe to do so, but for now public health and safety must remain our ultimate objective.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Gaeil Colmcille executive.
