The Club is heading into a busy few weeks and we have a couple of dates for your diary for this upcoming weekend.
Trath Na gCeist/Table Quiz:-
Our Irish Language Officer is running a Trath Na gCeist/Table Quiz for Seachtain Na Gaeilge in The Headfort Arms Hotel on Friday 11th March. This will be a family fun event and all our welcome. The quiz will get underway at 7pm and each table of 4 will cost €20. There will be one question per round in Irish with the rest in English.
Pilates for G4MO:-
Our Gaelic for mothers and others are starting a Pilates class as part of the GAA’s Healthy Clubs. Thanks so much to our club health officer for organising this event. The Pilates will take place on Friday evenings in the Gaelic Centre from 8pm to 9pm.
Tree Planting at Grangegodden:-
As part of the clubs green initiative we will be planting trees in Grangegodden from. Each child present will be given a tree to plant.
Collection For Ukraine:-
On Saturday between 11am-1pm and 2pm-4pm the Gaelic Centre will be a drop off and sorting hub for supplies to Ukraine. Click here for a list of supplies that you can drop off. The club has already received €4000 worth of sleeping bags already as well as other items.
